Awesome art! I think color could've made it more lively but it's still pretty awesome.
And yeah, when it comes to level 99 Jazza:

Yeah I agree about the color but I had JUST gotten back to drawing so the only things I had were my pencils, sharpies and imaginary friends who are actually real AF.

Eh, pretty good. The proportions are a bit off, the linework isn't very consistent and there is whitespace around the character. But overall I think you did pretty good.
